Digital Products

All digital products including eBooks and downloadable files are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping is required. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact us at motivation4generations@gmail.com.

Print-on-Demand Apparel & Activewear

All apparel items are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5 to 10 business days International: 10 to 20 business days

Books & Physical Products

Books and physical items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary by location but typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Free shipping promotions may be available and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
