At Motivation 4 Generations, your satisfaction matters. Please read this policy carefully, as return and refund eligibility varies by product type. If you have any questions, contact us before placing your order.

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloadable Files)

All digital products, including eBooks and wellness downloads, are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Because digital items are delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after delivery. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

Print-on-Demand Apparel & Activewear

All apparel and activewear items are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund. To qualify:

Contact us at motivation4generations@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date
Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue
Approved claims are processed within 5–7 business days

Books & Physical Products

We accept returns on books and physical items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return:

Email: motivation4generations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If any order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card issuer.
